We designed this trailer to be a whole experience, from our copper top bar, to our amazing tasting products to the collector souvenir mug we offer for reduced refills at any future events. We currently have three trailers in the festival circuit and have recently taken the plunge to become a franchise. Showcasing a really cool brand and experience from Springfield.

In 2023, Chef Rita opened a food bus under the same name, that specializes in fusion eggrolls.
