Black Willow is a Pork Birria taqueria. We are a family run business that got started by raising high quality pork for high end restaurants Cincinnati. After COVID stop all of our wholesale sales we transitioned into a taco truck. We use only fresh locally sourced ingredients for our truck. What makes us different is we have put our own take on Birria. Instead of using goat or beef we have derived recipes for Pork Birria. Come try our new twist on a traditional favorite!!!

Twenty-six food trucks rolled into Veterans Park in Springfield Saturday for the 11th Springfield Rotary Gourmet Food Truck Competition, but only one of them rolled out of town as the grand prize winner.
