Shannon’s Southern Style Sweet Tea

We are an iced tea concession trailer from our hometown of Springfield OH. We designed this trailer to be a whole experience, from our copper top bar, to our amazing tasting products to the collector souvenir mug we offer for reduced refills at any future events. We currently have three trailers in the festival circuit and have recently taken the plunge to become a franchise. Showcasing a really cool brand and experience from Springfield.

Raging Bull was started on our family farm. My fathers LOVE for wood fired pizza and farm creativity made a two horse trailer into the Raging Bull! People make the experience of wood fired pizza the best. We love our customers! Stop out and watch your pizza being made in front of you from scratch. Anyways who doesn’t LOVE pizza!?!

Home Cooked Vibes offers affordable and budget friendly home cooked meals for catering services to fit any event, big or small! Our catering services is well versed in combining Southern cooking with classical training mixed with a midwestern twist. Our head Chef and owner Syrita has over 20 years in the industry. In 2023, Chef Rita opened a food bus under the same name, that specializes in fusion eggrolls.

The Lumpia Queen

The Lumpia Queen began her journey in 2019 catering lumpia out her home as a side business to earn some extra money. When COVID-19 hit and restaurants started to close their doors, orders picked up and requests for other Filipino cuisines kept flooding in none stop. So, the idea to go mobile started to make much more sense vs. pursuing a brick and mortar. Thus, The Lumpia Queen Food Truck was born in September 2020 to spread the love of Filipino Cuisine across the Ohio region. Lumpia is one of the most well-known dishes from the Philippine Islands and it is always a big hit anytime it is part of an event or celebration. Not only do we specialize in a variety of Lumpia, but we also serve a few Filipino classics, such as Pancit Noodles, Chicken Adobo and Filipino BBQ Sticks. At this year’s competition, we plan to enter one of our special lumpias in hopes of capturing 1st place or at least the People’s Choice. We hope that you all love it!
