We started food trucking with a gourmet cupcake trailer called Something Sweet and I always had the desire to do more! Through hard work and a lot of tears, my husband and I came up with the concept of Bacon. Food has always been the dream, but loving people through our food creations is even better! From homemade bacon jam quesadillas to pimento cheese bacon grilled cheese to bacon gravy, we have lots to offer all bacon lovers!
With this truck, we also get to teach our three daughters what it looks like to chase your dreams and never give up! They see the hard choices and the out pouring of love that this truck brings to our lives everyday! Teaching them hard work while following passion is the greatest gift!
